The main objective of this Christmas Dinner was to strengthen the bonds between members & to reminisce the sweet memories we had throughout the year.

160 members attended this memorable event & they enjoyed the video montage highlighting the various fun activities we had throughout this year. Members enjoyed the delectable buffet spread prepared by Singapore Recreation Club and they sang praises of the quality & tastiness of the food. Many thanks to the Management & Staff of SRC.

After members had their tummies topped-out, our President Nalla went on to the stage to wish members A Wonderful Christmas and the Very Best of 2024. He highlighted that there was a meeting with MAS just 2 days ago whereby we had given constructive feedback & suggestions to rebuild the much-needed confidence & vibrancy of our markets. MAS had assured us that they're taking our suggestions very seriously & we're looking forward to some urgent policy measures to rebuild the much-needed vibrancy of our markets to it's once glory days in the 1990s. Our President Nalla emphasised that our markets are now at rock bottom & the risk reward ratio are most definitely favourable to an upward trajectory especially when interest rates are coming down which would provide a good booster to the Stock markets.

On that note & to usher the Auspicious Year of the Wood Dragon, all members in unison led to 3 Boisterous Cheers of Huat Aaaaaahhh!

Thereafer we had a Lucky Draw kindly sponsored by the Singapore Exchange to the tune of $3,000.
