Membership - Remisiers

I hereby apply for admission to be a member of the Society of Remisier (Singapore)
and my details disclosed above.

The Executive Committee will review your Membership Application and will get back to you whether it's successful in two week's time via email.

Compulsory for all terms to be ticked to apply for membership :

I agee to abide by the Constitution of the Society.

I irrevocably agree and consent for The Society of Remisier (Singapore) (SRS) to collect, use, disclose and process my personal information (Name, NRIC, telephone number(s), mailing address, etc) set out in my membership application form, plus any data information updates provided by me, in order to maintain the SRS registry of membership by its secretariat; and to disclose to any SRS affiliated Organization(s) when necessary.

The SRS, its Secretariat and affiliated Organisation(s) reserves all rights and give my irrevocable consent to contact me by Phone, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. regardless as to whether I have registered my telephone number(s) with the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR). I further agree to indemnify SRS against any financial penalties imposed by the Personal Data Protection Commission or any Court of Law in Singapore in this connection.

My membership is subject to the agreement that The Society of Remisier (Singapore), (SRS) reserves an irrevocable right to use any information furnished to or collected by SRS in all my correspondence(s) with SRS and/or to any SRS affiliated Organisation(s) or any Goverment body.
